Production process
We are proud to hold multiple patents in the field of plastic packaging containers, demonstrating our commitment to innovation and technology.
Design
The first step in the production process is designing the jewelry. The designer creates a sketch or a 3D model of the jewelry, which is used as a blueprint for the rest of the process.
Wax carving
Once the design is finalized, the next step is to create a wax model of the jewelry. This is done by carving the wax using specialized tools or by using a 3D printer to create the wax model.
Casting
After the wax model is created, it is used to create a mold. The mold is then filled with molten silver, which solidifies to form the jewelry piece.
Cleaning and finishing
The jewelry piece is removed from the mold and cleaned to remove any impurities or debris. Then, it is filed and polished to achieve the desired finish.
Stone setting
If the jewelry piece includes gemstones, the next step is to set them in place. This is done by cutting a hole in the jewelry piece and inserting the stone, which is then secured in place using prongs or other settings.
Final inspection
